Primitive silt model

The primitive silt model which is now included, models the vertical silt distribution but not the horizontal transport of silt. This silt model is only meant to calculate the light climate in every vertical layer at every grid point in the model, in order to get more realistic dynamics of the primary production and hence of the phytoplankton dynamics (see further under Ecology). The silt concentration is mainly controlled by the winds. In period with low winds the concentrations is lower than on the tidal flats. In periods with high winds just other way around.
