Research interests
I’m an ecologist with a broad interest in the functioning of ecosystems. I have mainly worked on the tropic interactions within the planktonic foodweb as well as the interaction between plankton (bacteria, microzooplankton, phytoplankton) and bivalves (mussels, cockles, flat oysters). I have used both lab and field experiments to unravel these links.
